I'm not really sure. It has such an icy bite to it that the chocolate is really a faint undertone...atleast on the pv I was using made it come across that way.

Better than Thin Mint? Hmmm...I'd say they are on an equal level because I really like both. The Thin Mint comes across as more chocolate-y to me whereas the Peppermint Patty has more of the ice-y aspect, IMO.
