I have about 15 PA flavors to make some juice. I usually use 10-15% flavoring with LorAnns and it works pretty well for me. I tried using the usually 20 drops per ml that i figure for PG / VG, etc....but the 20 drops per ml seems high when I use PA concentrates. Im in the mood to make some Circus CC. Anybody else have a suggestion for drops per ml other than the 20 I normally use, or is that about right? I usually use 1 or 5 ml medicine syringes/droppers from Target or Walgreens.

How about actually measuring the number of drops per ml for your pipette, or whatever you use?

That^
I use syringes to measure and transfer liquid. I use four sizes of blunt tip needles depending on what is being transferred. For flavor concentrates I use a 20g needle that puts out 88 drops per ml.

You can only go by drops, if you know how many drops a given pipette/bottle/needle put out at a given volume.
Otherwise you are adding an unknown volume, and when you pick up a different bottle expecting it to put out the same (when it doesn't), then getting a repeatable recipe become harder than catching lucky charms at the end of a rainbow.
