Thanks for the info..I have some American made clean nic, for tonight..
Hey jimi. I've tried both the pg mix and alc mix. I think the pg mix is the sweeter/rose one you're talking about. I mixed it up at 8% but at the time I had some pretty low end nasty nic, so I'd go about 5-7% to start if you have some clean nic. let us know what you end up with.

I have used the Perfumer's Apprentice "tobacco Flavor." I find that .04ml added to 6 ml of juice is sufficient, so a hair under 1%, but that it needs a couple of days to steep. Usually I do not use it alone -- I add it to some other tobacco flavor and use only 0.5% for that purpose. Tobacco flavors in general tend to be strong and don't usually need more than 2% to be quite strong.

I think you may be talking about the pre-diluted tobacco absolute. That stuff is incredibly strong. The standard PA tobacco's are mixed with that cotton candy sugar that everyone uses now and is a bit less potent and much sweeter.

No, it says "Tobacco Flavor" on the label. I also have some Perfumer's Apprentice "Tobacco Base." Of course, when it comes to flavor, everybody's tastebuds are different.

To put in perspective, a comparison of the amounts of different tobacco flavorings that I use:

Seedman's Fire-Cured Virginia (from Blue Mist): 3%
Rob's Blackjack (Blue Mist): 1.5% (sweet)
Tobacco Flavor (Perfumer's Apprentice) .5% to 1%
Tobacco Base (Performer's Apprentice) .5% to 1%
Shade (Flavour Art) 1% to 1.5%

So with all of these, the most I use is 3%. One way to convert my taste to yours might be via proportion. If, for example, you have also used Rob's Blackjack and found that you needed 5%, then the amount of Tobacco Flavor you should try would be ((5/1.5)*(.5+1)/2)) or 2.5%.

Hmm, could be the vendor I bought it from has it labeled or diluted differently also. they separate it into 3 or 10 ml bottles and I played with ratios for some time trying to emulate DFWvapor marlboro. If your curious enough to check, I got mine from onestopdiyshop. But your probably right, I did that back when I first quit smoking so I may have required a bit stronger flavor. either way they were too sweet for me.
