Has anyone else been having a problem with the premium cartos being perfumy? I had this happen to me a year ago with some bonus cartos (pink lemonade) they sent with an order I placed. No biggie, they were free. It's been a year, and now I've had two bad sets of 5 cartos (red hots candy and cinnamon roll) in two consecutive orders. Luckily, the other cartos I ordered were wowvapors. The wowvapor cinnamon roll is great. It's the premiums that I'm having a problem with.

I contacted them through their ticket service and was told that there are no returns per their website. I've looked and looked, and cannot find anything concerning returning cartos. Anyone know where it is?

I am not having a problem with them, but have had perfumy cartos before. I think certain flavors just tend to be perfumy, and it is somewhat subjective because some of the ones I felt were perfumy, others really liked lol. I don't order the fruity cartos anymore because while I do like some of the flavors, they are not an "all day" vape for me and I tire of them quickly. And the fruity flavors are the ones that tend to taste a bit perfumy to me. Can't say that I ever had a WOW carto end up being perfumy...

No, not meaning something is wrong with your sense of smell or taste, just seems like some people don't taste the purfumy taste, either that, or they like it lol!

Taste is very subjective, what one person loves, another will surely hate! I don't care for the ones with purfumy overtones myself, although some people do like them. I myself love cappuccinno, butterscotch, chocolate macadamia nut, and the white chocolate. Some people can't stand them lol!

I know you weren't saying anything about my sense of smell/taste. What I was saying is that I've been vaping the premium cinnamon rolls for a year now, and I got a perfumy batch in my last order.
So, I don't think it has anything to do with how people perceive the taste of specific flavors. I think it has to do with bad batches.
My logic in this is very linear. Vaped them before: good. Vape them now: bad. My senses of smell/taste are a constant. Therefore, it has to do with manufacturing.

I don't mean to come across as rude. I truly don't. I just want to end the "who prefers what flavor, for what reason" line of argument now instead of rehashing the same lines over and over again.

Well, to add my 2 cents in here. I haven't been vaping nearly as long as you have... but one thing I have noticed personally and seem to read alot of is the fact that taste is no where near a constant. I have vaped a flavor for a while and LOVED the taste, but then all of a sudden its like the magic flavor fairy comes up and *POOF* not so good any more. I have had flavors which I felt came close to how they should taste (based on my perspective) then either loose flavor completely, or some have even turned perfume. I cant say for sure if this is what has happened to you or not, or if it is as you say... just a bad batch. My experience is just that flavors come and go... i just keep reviving old tastes from the dead from time to time and give em a whirl. some make it back on my list while others get buried to be tried another day.

There has been a lot of inconsistency in flavors over the past year; a number of changes in manufacturers and chemistry have occurred over time, fixed, then reverted, etc.. I always make sure I order a variety of flavors I like at any given time in case one of them is no longer the same; ie, I never just order the same juice, always at least three for what it's worth.

I myself have not encountered any perfumey flavours in the Premiums or the WOW. Now my DH says that everything that isn't a mint or menthol flavour is perfumey to him. :::shrugs::: Go figure!

Unfortunately we have all been disappointed at one time or another with flavours for numerous reasons, but in the FAQs page on V4L they do state that juice and cartos are non-returnable. I agree with this for a variety of reasons.

I myself am sitting on 2 30mL bottles of juice and 8 cartos of stuff I purchased that just didn't turn out how I thought. lol However, I am another vaper who doesn't let supplies get that low and varies flavours a bit to break up the monotony.

I understand that when trying out new flavors. But, when getting perfumy premium cinnamon roll cartos after vaping countless cinnamon roll cartos is not cool. In fact, I have two boxes of the premium cinnmon roll cartos. One box is great, and the other is perfumy. So, like I said on the first page, this isn't a matter of a particular flavor not matching my palate, rather it's a case of bad cartos.

I've come across the same problem with many different flavor premiums (pink lemonade, margarita, cognac, rum/coke, to name a few). I don't know about their Wow equivilants because the experience was so off-putting the first time, I just won't go there again. Fortunately, this company has so many flavors to choose from (and always more on the way!) that I have found quite a few I really like and pretty much stick to those. Currently, Wow Peppermint and Wownana are my favs:) JenJen is right about contacting customer service. I have been dealing with this company exclusively for the last 16 months and they have always bent over backwards to fix a problem and make you smile;)

I really like V4L's blank cartos but about 1/2 of the prefilled cartos I've gotten from them have a distinct, perfume-like aftertaste. It's a shame because some of the flavors would be fantastic without the aftertaste.

Same thing has happened to me along w/sending out the wrong items. I'm wondering about quality control here.

No suppliers refund on cartos or juice because you dont like the taste.Doesnt matter why you dont like them. Its just a non refundable item.

Apparently, you still haven't read my posts. It's not that I "dislike" the flavor. Rather, it's the fact that it's a bad batch of cartos.

Don't reply if you haven't read the previous posts.

If the problem is that you just don't see the obvious logic in my posts, then I can attempt to explain it again. But, I spelled it out pretty simply the first time. And, the time after that, and the time after that. I shouldn't have to keep reposting the same crap every time just to explain myself. I've explained it several times already. Read the posts.

I'm sure she read the whole thread.

We are trying to tell you this: It doesn't matter what the reason is, bad batch or flavour dislike, you *can not* return cartos/carts/juice for any reason due to health and safety.

Besides, your investment is not totally lost. You're mostly paying for the hardware not the juice. Spin the juice out and refill with juice you know is good. The difference between a prefill and a blank is only a dollar or two.

I understood what you said, and in return stated a fact.It doesnt matter why you dont like/want them, cartos and juice are not a refundable, exchangable item.It varies from batch to batch and you take that chance, understand my comment? Its not a personal remark to you, simply stating a well known fact.Im sorry if I offended you in some way.I just wanted you to know that that is how most all vendors work.
