Having a good hearty laugh this morning! Between this thread and another thread I commented on that absolutely no one responded too, I can't stop laughing!! Me thinks I need to quit reading now and go to Facebook! Lol. And add to the fact that for the last 2 days, my thoughts are constantly on the fact that I want a cigarette...a real one! I haven't had those thoughts in months!!
He was cool for a tall, thin, slightly stooped grey man that could have come straight from the pen of Dickens! He'd sit in his office poring over ledgers & smoking his full strength Capstan! ....he may have looked formidable, but was a sweetie at heart though.Haha I love it, sounds like a cool dude. The long stand is hilarious I may have to do that to one of our guys in the Welding shop.

Welders are a breed apart! ...as I progressed from that hardware/plumbers, through a ships chandlers & tool shop to a welding supplier, I ended up the company buyer for welding equipment! Life was never dull ...do they still fight over the Kromer caps?
