Hi,
Here is my permanent fix for false low battery, it 100% worked for me for both regular bats and extended.
I already reported this to provape so maybe some of you already know about….

Basically what actually happens is that the batteries “loose” the + contact because the Provari body is bit wider then the batteries…

The fix is simple:

For short batteries, wrap exactly 3 layers of electric tape on each side of the battery.
For extended batteries: wrap 3 layers of electric tape on the + (plus) side and one layer on the – (minus) side.
I had these issues from day one, I received a replacement springs, it helped for one charge, I extend the spring, it helped for 2 charges and then the spring shortened back.

Now im red light free for a week,.

Regards, Ben

True, my button does rattle. Not sure if this is a problem though. Maybe Provape switched suppliers at some point and that's the reason for some having issues.

If you take your battery out and look down the tube you will see the button just sits loosely on the actual switch. The switch itself is quite solid so I doubt this is any issue at all.
