Smoker for 20 years switched to vaping and never looked back but after 6 weeks kept getting persistent sore throat, started with swollen glands then moved into sore throat, it cleared up after week then returned week later, now on week 6 I am 5 days into very painful sore throat, still vaping low voltage but uncomfortable, any one got the same symptoms

I've been vaping a week now. I wouldn't necessarily call it a sore throat, but vaping does leave it irritated. It's a much different throat feeling than smoking. I had a persistant smokers cough while smoking that never seemed to go away. It's SLOWLY fading with vaping, I'm hoping it'll be gone for good soon.
I can't say I particularly like the throat feeling of vaping, I'm open to suggestions to lessen it. But I'll still take it over how smoking made me feel.

You might be slightly allergic to pg. You should try a lower pg content juice, or 100vg. The more vg though, the better the tank you're going to need because it's a lot thicker and doesn't wick well in the smaller tanks. I would look at the delta 2 or subtank mini to use wth vg since their coils allow for much more wicking to occur.
Since those are sub ohm tanks you might need a better battery to run them, like an istick 30. But you don't have to subohm, they do make 1ohm coils and you can run that at around 20w and be fine, or use the rba deck and build your own coils to the ohm you prefer.

"IF" is is vape related... and I do mean "IF"... it could be the PG in the juice. (switch to higher VG juice) ...it could be something in the flavoring (switch juice flavors) ...it could be the nicotine (lower nicotine)...

Have never been sure if it was the quitting smoking or the vaping causing the problems or both I suppose, will stick with it, has anyone had problems whilst using nautilus mini from aspire, I've been having problems with spitting and gurgling
The nautilus actually wicks really well the problem is if you don't use enough power you don't vape the juice off and it gurgles. What battery are you using? You might have to up the wattage if you can.
Generally you'll get the spitting and gurgling when the wick gets flooded. It happens when you take large draws on it. The way I rectify this is to turn the entire unit upside down and take a draw. This keeps the juice from entering the wicking holes when you draw on it. Occasionlly you will get a little spit down the drip tip but just spit it on a paper towel. You should be good to go after this.
Whatever you do, don't quit and return to the Suck-Stakes. Keep tweaking at the Mix and the Nic and the Flavors as well as the Mod/Device.

3.3 to 4.8 batt mini, everything started so well but after proba with throat and vaper getting a bit disheartened but I will use all this info and persist
If you are vaping a 50/50 blend I would try a 70vg blend and see if that helps. It could also be the nicotine level, the higher nicotine juices also have a much heavier throat hit. So if you're at 24mg try 18, if at 18 try 12, etc.
So let me get this right, you have spent the last 6 weeks in pain and no time during those 6 weeks have you thought of seeing a doctor??
There is some validity to this.. My gf had a sore throat for a month before seeing a doctor and she had a bad throat infection but without a fever or other symptoms just a scratchy sore throat. Took some antibiotics and its fine.
Booked appointment for next week but first symptoms arouse after 3 weeks of vaping, glands swelled but got over it within 2 days, a week later same symptoms but again 2 days gone, then a week later sore throat and has been for 5 days now
Yeah still unsure if it's vaping or just reoccurring throat infection, plus few friends have said you'll get gmfew problems after quitting smoking
Yeah I had a throat tickle and some coughing for a month, about 2 weeks in. I actually took some antibiotics I had and they didn't seem to help, but it went away.
nautilaus gurgling I had some issue in the beginning Sir gave good advice I also found I had to take the thing apart including the coil and swab everything dry with a q tip there was a little bubble at the base of the coil I also found if I closed off all the air holes before I tightened the glass it seemed to work better and if I vaped long and slow and gave a little space before vaping again it seemed to help. it never gurgles now
I had that issue with 40% pg liquids. Switched to max vg, all fine now. High nic can also do this to me, but at a much lower scale. When i'm out i tend to get stupid at how much of a throat hit i want, and go a bit overboard.
