So I bought one of these things, really confused on how it operates. I plugged it into my computer and the little red light turned green. I unplugged it and all the lights went off. I took out my battery and its dead, I pushed the button a few more times and its working. How are these things supposed to work?

I assume you are talking about a 510 PCC. I've noticed on mine if I try to use it too soon from taking it from the PCC that it wont light. I just wait about 5 seconds or so and it will light up again. That, or rapidly push the button a few times and it will come on. I think it has something to do with the microchip in the battery switching from "charge me" to "use me", but I could be wrong.

The Joye510 PCC holds 1 battery, 1 atomizer and 2 cartridges
- up to 4 full battery charges from a fully charged PCC
- internal 1300 mah battery
- includes USB charging cable

how come there are 3 light thingies? I read the directions on the back of the box, but now that I discarded the box I can't remember what it said... I thought it would stay green once it was fully charged. Can you charge it with the battery in it? Thats what I did, did I do it wrong? I have no lights on it now, I thought that the first one would be green indicating the case was charged and the third one would turn green indicating my personal battery wasw charged....

When pcc is being charged the bottom light shows red-when it(the case) is fully charged that light turns green. When power is cut from the unit this light goes out.
The middle light shows red it means the current to device is insufficient and the case needs to be charged.
When the top light is on it means a battery in the case is being charged. when the e-cig is charged that light goes out. Hope this helps The initial charge takes about four hours.

From my best understanding the three lights are from top to bottom 1- battery charge indicator 2- fault indicator 3- PCC charge indicator. The top indicator will turn green when the battery is fully charged, red when a battery needing charge is placed in the case. No light comes on when a fully charged battery is inserted or if there is connections problems. The bottom light works in quite the same way but only when plugged into power. The center light should not come on unless there is problems.

Does this help a bit? They are a bit confusing. I found I needed to take a cotton swab and clean out the contact area on the battery a bit a bit to make the battery charge properly.
