It bugs me that venders and manufactures are trying to break into the market with disposable e-cigarettes and e-cigars. E-cigarettes are not tobacco cigarettes, they shouldn't be disposable. It costs just as much to manufacture a disposable as it does to make the same product reusable and refillable so stop trying to gouge consumers.

We don't need mountains of ecigs ending up in landfills or on the streets like old stinky cigarette butts, we're past that stage. Us e-cigarette users are a little more refined, health conscious, a tad more environmentally aware and dammit we are frugal. So to all you Manufacturers and venders if you want to make money off of us embrace our ideals, improve on current designs, make them more durable and longer lasting, let the internet, 22nd century media and customer reviews be what drives new customers to purchase your device.

I know right, that was the first thing I thought when I heard about cartomizers. The thought of throwing away a perfectly good atomizer after using it for a day seems like a huge waste, same thing with pre-filled carts. The thought that someone would use and throw away a battery atomizer and cart at the same time is just nuts.

I started by buying a Gamucci disposable. It was $13 at the local gas station. They also had the Njoy Npro for $90. At that price I never would have bought one. But at $13 I was willing to give it a try, That's what brought me here. Had I not seen the disposable in the station I would have assumed that all E-cigarettes were as over priced as the Njoy and would not have researched it any further.

Most people re-fill and re-use the cartomizers quite a few times before they get thrown away, and a pre-filled cart is exactly the same as the "blanks", except it is pre-filled with e-liquid. They last a long, long time.

Where have you been getting your info from? If I couldn't reuse the cartomizers, I wouldn't be vaping. I've been using the same 6 cartomizers that I started with 3 1/2 weeks ago, and plan on refilling them several more times. They've probably been reused an average of 6 times each. They are definitely not throwables.

I got a 510 "kit w/ PCC" for $65; figure with all the parts the actual 2 e-cigs cost me about $15 or so each. I've seen "disposable" 510s for ~$10, so I figure the price is in line.

I wondered about "disposable"; supposedly it's simply that the battery doesn't recharge as many cycles before it goes bad. I immediately thought of the 386SX chip - in other words, a way to sell what would normally be scrapped in QA. :D
