Pg and VG different densities?

I'm sitting here looking at my E liquid and I noticed that my Marchino Cherry from MBV is kinda laryed looking. What I mean by that is kinda like the density experiments many of us did in grade school seeing how oil floats on top of water.

Anyway, I am seeing this in my bottle of e liquid and am wondering if anybody else is having this little pediciment as is it normal/natural in the steeping process?

Edit: when I shake it like crazy it is cloudy.
