"Better" is subjective.

PG is better understood. PG carries flavor 'better'. PG has 'better' throat hit. PG wicks 'better'.
VG has better visible 'vapor'. VG is sweeter (better?). VG is thicker ('better' at avoiding leaks).

Usually, I'd stay at 25% VG or lower. But that's my personal "better". Some people are sensitive to either PG or VG. So they use 100% one or the other.

I get "heavy feeling/coated lung feeling" when I vape too much VG. Then again, VG is smoother. Who knows. It will be interesting when we get 20 years of data on this stuff.
