Got some VG at shoppers, can't remember the price cause it was a few days ago.
Got some pg from Safeway pharmacy 500ml for around $10.50
Hope that helps someone. Have nothing to mix yet but that should change soon

So you just came to a pharmacist and asked foe PG?
And where, on what shelves can I fined the VG?

At shoppers it is around the hand lotion , VG
At safeway I was picking up some pills and asked the pharmacist it they had any PG and she said they would order it for me. Got it the next day. If you have a drug store you go to just ask them.

Yowsers those are some amazing prices. Although I highly doubt that would make it across the border into Canada successfully.
