It simply just needs to be labeled as either USP or EP(ph.eur officially named), or local variations e.g. BP or JP etc.

If you cannot get anything locally, then find a seller which delivers to south-arabia. If there's no one closer, then atleast inawera delivers, as I just checked, but it's expensive in delivery e.g. 24 euro for airmail, and 26 with DHL express, and 1L VG for 7 eur, but they have also 5L, but the delivery is way high then.

I'm in the process of doing a VG taste-test currently from EU sources, and I haven't tried all 6 yet, as i'm waiting on a few still, but currently, I am "judging" the inawera VG, and it's the best glycerin I have tried to date! Nicely thick and with a kinda "pungent"(but slight) forrest'y honey taste, like dark aromatic spicy sweet honey, + some aromatic tea kinda notes, or maple-syrup, compared to many other VG's which just tastes like very sweet mild table-sugar syrup period, or simply thick sugary water, and without any nuances to the overpowering sweetness. This VG has changed my unflavored vape to the better for sure. Unless they changed, then they use VG from brenntag chemical supplier, but which in turn gets the VG from a swedish production made for the use of the Nestle company, which makes a lot of food, sweets and beverages. Brenntag has many glycerin's available, and inawera changed from a german produced to the swedish in 2014 i've read on there forum. The only other thing I know about it, is that inawera per mail states it's 0.01% water, which is the lowest i've ever heard...

Anyway, the cheapest VG in EU(and probably also PG, haven't checked as not using any), is mailing directly lubrisolve in uk and asking for an invoice e.g. for paypal for the desired amount of VG/PG and with shipment to your country. It's 13 GBP pr 5L, but they have from 500ml and up to pallets or drums. They deliver to a wealth of eliquid-makers in EU, and are made from rapeseed, non GMO, and without jathropa plant origins, and USP/EP/E422. They have great reviews, but I haven't tried them yet, as still waiting for them, probably tomorrow I get my 500ml sample... I'm crossing fingers for that it's as good as inawera's, since I can save some money then, in the feature. Also btw, the lubrisolve is very high quality on paper, e.g. 99.88% glycerol and 0.02% water. That's almost the highest i've seen, except an Malaysian or Indonesian Musim Mas, which was 99.90% glycerol(0.07% water) and also kilo ltd from UK, which was the same glycerol percent(0.02% water), but no-one ships that to my country unfortunately, or is over 100 bucks in shipment alone. Essential Depot btw, is 99.84% glycerol and 0.04% water, which also is really great, as the spec only demands min. 99%(USP), or min. 98%(EP).

Edit: I just reread your posts again, and although your links are removed, then I found them through googling, and so the VG is fine, as USP/EP, but the PG doesn't specify USP or EP compliance, sorry, and lists it as food-grade(FCC/FG)...

Where are you located?
In the EU you want: PG (E1520) CAS 57-55-6 and VG (E422) CAS 56-81-5.

Sorry, but CAS numbers "only" determines chemical substance, but not quality of product...

Yes, the ones you listed now sounds fine, as you changed the PG link I see to a version mentioning USP or EP.

There is mentioned the wording 'Secondary standard' in regards to the grade, and from looking it up, it seems to be a product compared against other product(or rather specification), which is what I believe many of us use... No expert though...

Btw, what did you mean by "I'm planning to get products for free" ? I'm curious... :)
