Some people think it's healthier, others don"t think there is anything to worry about. Me personally, I don't let it bother me after 36 years of smoking analogs. Anything is better than that. Not very many suppliers sell only VG based juice. I think Johnson Creek does. Don't know about anyone else.

BTW, welcome to the forum! :)

juicyliquid.com has unflavoured VG juice if you want to venture into making your own flavourings.

I haven't tried yet so I can't tell you a real PG vs VG opinion yet.

I can tell you that after a being a serious club goth in my earlier years, and inhaling who knows how much fog machine smoke, that I can can definitely taste the PG in that sort, and I'm thinking that might put me off after a while.

Are you having anxiety from vaping or "about" vaping? If you are jumpy due to vaping you might be using a mg strength that's too high. Most newbies, myself included, tend to go for a high mg strength and then find they need to cut it down with VG. I buy PG liquid then but it down using 50% eliquid,10% distilled water, and 40% VG.

If it's anxiety towards vaping in general, just think about the crap you put into your system with analogs then compare it to vaping - if still worried, my doctor recommends ecigs and keeps them in his office for the patients he is trying to help quit with analogs...the juice in the prefilled carts he gives out has PG liquid in it. Just figure if it's good enough for the medical community it's good enough for me!
