I'm confused on this pg and vg stuff I'm on mt baker vaper and I'm trying to buy some juice.. Can someone explain to me the most easiest way to understand these blends?

Im new to this and only have one juice right now and it's a 65 pg 35 vg blend

As Esteeffu says, folks say PG carries flavor and provides "throat hit" while VG produces more vapor. My personal experience, I say VG is good for folks who like a "smooth" smoke. Like me. Even as a smoker, I didn't like "throat hit". It irritated my throat. Like the classic Marlboro red. Those things tore up my throat.

I can't say that PG carries flavor better. At least not for me. I do fine with 100% VG (Johnson Creek's "Red Oak" line that's PG free). And have a lot of 50/50 mixes I'm quite happy with. The only 80/20 mixes I've tried, I hated. I dunno if I hit some bad flavors or if I just don't like PG heavy liquids in general.

I'd suggest some sampling. Get an order with different mixes. 80/20 (PG/VG... PG is usually put first) is favored by many so try one. I like 50/50 from MBV. All my Mount Bakers are 50/50. Maybe try one of those. And get a 70% VG of theirs. Or go nab a couple of sample bottles from Johnson Creek which are PG free. Their Rainier, Vanda, Domestic, and Tennessee Cured are "staples" for me (I mix the Domestic and TC, I'm finding I like them better together but haven't yet hit the right "ratio"... close though).

It's a personal preference thing. You'll just have to try out the mixes and see what you like. So get little bottles. Don't buy big ones until you've tried things out. Experimenting to find what works for you personally is just part of vaping. Can also be kinda fun exploring flavors. :)

(Just don't buy too much nor big bottles your first times out. You'll blow money like crazy that way.)

In addition to the good info you've been given. Some say they're sensitive or have bad reactions to PG mostly affecting tongue and lips. Some say the same of VG but with different reactions like heavy or tight feeling in the chest or congestion. Very generally speaking, those having problems with VG seem to be able to handle it at 30% or less. There are also those, myself included, who order juices with 30% distilled water to cut down either the PG or VG. You might want to look into threads here on those topics.
