I just like VG for the vapor. I never really gave any thought about health benefits. It's true that PG is used in asthma inhalers and as an anti-bacterial but I don't think there is a huge impact; nor do I think of VG as "organic" per se. I just go by preference and not overthink it. If PG does confer some kind of health benefit I don't think it's dramatically different between say, 90 VG 10 PG or 50/50.

Personally, 80/20 is my favorite and 60/40 is my minimum. I think VG brings the taste along just fine.

Another problem with pure VG liquids is that they get really thick when cold. That makes them hard to wick and therefore hard to vape. If you're outside in a cold winter, like it's turned into, that can be a problem. Most liquids are a mix of PG and VG, 70/30, 60/40 and so on.

That matters to this little guy in the snow!!

Vg :Vegetable glycerin is a thick, heavy, and sweet-tasting liquid. It gives your smokeless cigarette a very pleasant sweet flavor, and creates large amounts of vapor. It also creates an incredibly smooth throat hit that many users highly appreciate. Vegetable glycerin is derived from, you guessed it, vegetables. Therefore it is considered completely natural and safe. VG is also used as a sweetener and in many cosmetic products
PG :propylene glycol, by comparison, is very thin, but even sweeter than VG. PG is known to produce a great throat hit, and that is why some people favor it in their smokeless cigarettes.

Something to consider with PG is that it has a higher rate of sensitivity, and can cause reactions that are allergic in nature in some users.

For me, the health benefit is, with 80%-85% PG, I can BREATHE, which is absolutely NOT the case with anything more than 20% VG.

I'm with ya there, I start using heavy VG I get way congested. Still clears out sleeping but I don't like the coated feeling after vaping it.

I make my juices 75/25
