Where I grew up, George used to play the local dancehall a lot. He played here so often I remember actually saying "George is playing the (Crystal) Chandelier again already, wasn't he just here?" It's funny looking back, but I remember when they raised the admission price from $5 to $7 and people were mad. lol
I think I paid about 20 times that for his all day music fest several years ago. It was a good time, though. LeAnn Womack, Brad Paisley and Alan Jackson were there.DNC
