I have made this and thought I was nuts for making this, but oh my gosh! It is amazing. The sweet with the salty is so good. I ended up taking a bunch to a get together that night and everyone loved it. I was bummed there were no leftovers to take home. Cook the bacon (cut strip in half) on the broiler and dip in chocolate and place on wax paper until cool. SO AMAZING!!!!

I made some Bacon Bark before... sprinkled some of the crumbs and a little coarse sea salt on top, too!!

(I had to take a photo before it was all gone... lol)
