Thinking about the Redwoods... NorCal is also home to the Giant Sequoias, some of the largest trees in the world... with a lot of them being thousands of years old!!

General Sherman - the Big Daddy of them all...

Of course, Mother Nature didn't plan on having people driving cars thru them...

Sadly, they have been disappearing at an alarming rate now, mainly due to climate change... and this is happening all over the world, not just in CA!!
