USP = United States Pharmacopeia.

I'd only use USP for vaping.

Can anyone explain to me the difference between USP grade, pharmaceutical grade and food grade? I know the site you linked to says that USP is a grade, but according to information I've read elsewhere the USP is not a grade but a body that sets the standards (in the US, and many other countries that adopt the USP guidelines) for different grades - both pharmaceutical (USP - NF) and food (FCC). The USP site talks about the different standards here. I've been wandering around the internet trying to clarify things, but I've only succeeded in making myself more confused.
