Does anyone know if there is any pharmacy in Europe which sells e-liquid online?
Finland classified e-liquid as a medication, therefore one can legally buy it only from someone who has "legal marketing authorization as a medicinal product" - a pharmacy.
Or a pharma-GMP vol.4 manufacturer who sells online?

I guess if someone is manufacturing pharma-grade e-liquid, it also has authorization to sell it.
If there is one - I guess it will get all Finnish market for e-liquid.
