Philip Morris sues E-CigaretteDirect over Marlboro trademark infringement

[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Philip Morris USA has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit in North Carolina Middle District Court against e-cigarette distributor E-CigaretteDirect, LLC, contending that the word "M'boro" in E-CigaretteDirect's description of its "M'boro like flavored e-liquid" is "confusingly similar" to PM USA's Marlboro and the font used for the letter M in M'boro is also "confusingly similar" to the font PM USA uses on its Marlboro cigarette packaging. Totally wicked recently changed their M/Borough to tobacco Americano. I suppose they actually paid attention to the cease/desist request.
