I ordered my first carto tank, and chose to purchase a Phiniac. Today, I emailed Phiniac with a couple of questions and I had an email back within three minutes. Not only that, but after I replied with more questions, I got a phone call within moments of my email and Chris from Phiniac answered all of my questions.
Then, I was filling the tank for the first time, sent a few pictures asking questions, and again - speedy responses.
I have to say - I will definitely be ordering from Phiniac again. Their customer service is completely solid.
And, beyond that, their product is awesome. I ordered a Skinny Phinny and it's absolutely amazing. I'm completely happy with my purchase.
