So here's what I did:
I took the SS caps off of my Liquinator (3ml), replaced the o-rings with the slightly thicker ones that came with my Phiniac tank, and voila! SS Phiniac. Topped it off with a SS Ming Drip tip on top of my ProVari. I know there has been a huge demand for Phiniac to come out with SS caps, and last I checked they were looking into SS or Anodized, but that would take the price up a lot. Also as you can see the caps are smaller in diameter than the ones that come on the Phiniac tank. The Liquinator caps are actually the same diameter as the tank and the ProVari. I'm running 3ohm Boge cartos. The O-rings from the Phiniac worked out great, I've had this set-up for over 2 weeks, no leaking, no issues, great performance, look, and durability...let me know what you think

Yeah, the SS caps are exactly the same outer diameter as the tank, everything is flush, if I lay the whole assembly down on a table, it lays flat all the way up and down. It was coincidence that I figured this out. I bought the Phiniac and had it for a week before my Liquinator shipped here, after using the Phiniac, I was disappointed with the liquinator and how easy the polycarbonate tube came off the caps, I was just messin' around with the two assemblies and noticed the caps matched up on the inner part. When i put the liquinator caps on the Phiniac at first, they still slid out way easier than the Phiniac's original caps, I remembered that Phiniac sent me an extra set of O-rings and swapped just one SS end cap's O-ring, and it fit just as well as the original Phiniac cap, so I took the other O-ring off one of the Phiniac's caps, and I was so happy with what I ended up with, didn't regret getting the liquinator at all, best of all, I ordered the Aluminum Liquinator, but they upgraded me to SS for Free, I pretty much paid $35 for SS caps, and they are worth that without the poly-tube.

I am such noob!!! I got a Phiniac sandblasted tank last week (gorgeous) but didn't realize it didn't come with caps. I've been staring at it for a week thinking I've got to figure out what do to with this - DUGH!!!!

Anywho......Phiniac now has the SS caps for 27.95 and they also have them with a sandblasted option with free shipping. Guess where I'm off to???
