Phiniac tanks, carto won't fit?

I got my XL Phiniac tank in the mail today, finally broke the box open. When I went to put the XL carto in.. it won't fit. It's like it's too wide for the hole, (lol thats what she said)? Has anyone else had a similar problem and if so what do you do to fix it?

Phiniacs grip the carto very firmly, lube the carto & o rings with a couple drops of juice.
Using a tank tool helps with carto install until you get the hang of it.
Such as;
Extended drip tip refilling/tank tool.
Slap yo mama tank tool.
Phiniac sells the siam mods tank tool, my personal favorite.

Yep, you have to lube the cartomizer with some ejuice and work it into the tank. It's a very very snug fit. I was afraid to try it when I got my first one but I figured it out. Good luck and Happy Vaping!

I seriously doubt that the carto is actually too big to fit into the end cap holes. That's one of the good things about the higher quality cartotanks is that they have tighter fitting o-rings to prevent the tank from sliding off of the carto during use.

Try using a little bit of e-liquid smeared onto the carto to act as a lubricant. Having a tank tool like the Slap Yo Moma would REALLY have helped in this situation. If you don't have one, GET ONE.

After lubing up the carto and tool with some e-liquid, use a twisting motion to guide the carto through the bottom end cap. This seems to work best.
