My gf decided after she had ordered her tank that she needed a tank tool also, so she contacted jen and asked her about paying for one and adding to the tank to save on shipping..jen said, its ok she'll just add one anyways, i guess there was a little mis-communication between her and her husband and it was left out...no problem, the gf just just went ahead and ordered it anyways...she got an email from phiniac saying "your order was just cancelled" and a note from jen stating what happened and that she would send out the tank tool asap.....well, the package came today with 2 tank tools, an extra phiniac pouch, a carto punch AND a badass drip tip....WOW..thats going above and beyond in customer service
