Which brand cartomizer in phiniac tank?

I was thinking of purchasing a phiniac tank with a hole puncher and tank refiller tool

I was just wondering which kind of cartos work best?
I know everyone says boge but I find I taste the filler in boge cartos way too much.

I have a few iken vape cartos in the mail.. would it be a good idea for me to save one of those to punch and put in a phiniac?

Or is it not worth it and should I just order a couple SR boges?

(would be vaping it on a provari, btw)

ALSO -- which size phiniac tank would be best.
At first I was just going to get standard but now I'm thinking I might consider others?

As far as I know all cartos are the same diameter. So you should be able to use the iken vape cartos. The only thing you have to be sure of is the lengh of the carto. A regular Phiniac tanks holds a regular size carto. A tall boy tank is for the XL single coil cartos, or the dual coil cartos (which I don't recommend). You'll LOVE your Phiniac BTW!

Alright good!
So the main thing affecting the flavor would be the cartomizer, am I correct?
If I'm not a huge fan of a regular boge, it wouldn't taste any better in the cartomizer?
or am I mistaken?

I'm sorry, I'm not entirely sure of what you are asking, so I'll respond as best I can.
I don't know 'where' you are as far as what you have been using, so it's kinda hard to respond.
My experience has been this. I started off using tanks with the plastic tubing. I also DIY, and most of my juices where in plastic bottles. After reading a thread in the Ejuice forum, I found out that the plastic tubing and plastic bottles where having a reaction to the juice, and causing it to have an off flavor. I have since gone to all glass bottles for all of my juice storage and glass tanks. Phiniac tanks. I have noticed that my flavors are MUCH better now. It used to be that the juice would taste good when I first made it, but then it would 'peter out?' for lack of better description. I have read some good and some bad about the CE2's. Some people say they are better, and don't mute the flavor as much as a Boge, and some say the wick material is not good for you. I think I might would try the CE2's anyway, IF you could put it in a glass tank, but I don't have that option yet. It seems you either go with a glass tank and a cartomizer, or a plastic tank with a CE2. I've chosen to go with the glass tanks and cartomizers.
I personally think the best and safest way has not been invented yet. I think a glass tank with just an atomizer would be THE best tank. Maybe some day someone will find a way to do this.

That's correct. Being in a tank dosen't change anything but the volume of juice. If you are interested in the Phiniac tanks, I read somewhere in their thread that you can also use an XL CE2 in it. You have to be sure to get the kind with the stainless steel tubing, so you could punch the hole yourself. I've not tried it myself, just passing along info.
I've been doing some more research this morning, and I also found these two threads. I just can't figure out how they do it. Maybe you can...if so, please let me know!! lol!

Haven't quite gotten into all the lingo they talk about to understand how they do it. But if I can figure it out, and it would work on Phiniac tanks, that would be THE answer for me!!

I definitely agree that an atty tank sounds very attractive.
I've also heard of the something called the raptor tank a lil while ago that was a premade atty+tank combo.
Sounds interesting.

Would much rather be able to plug an hh.357 into a modded tank and go to town.

I just heard from the guy who started doing tanks this way. I'm sooo excited!! He said you can use Phiniac tanks!

I think I have FINALLY found THE tank!! I'll be ordering me some of these things very very soon!!
Just wanted to share with you! He says he uses these on his Phiniac tanks with no problem!
And there's no trying to figure out where to punch the hole...etc...etc...

The XLV2 /w caps has a height of 44mm. As best I can tell those Smoktech DC XL Cartos are 45mm tube length/50mm counting threads. Maybe someone could verify? If so, it should work, just make sure to get the stainless steel.
