Phoenix o-ring size?

I've been enjoying the Phoenix but the o-ring seems to be mashed. I sometimes see a puddle of juice where I've left it overnight. I always lay it down with the air hole up. What size o-ring should I replace it with?

Not sure what size but most 510 driptip o-rings fit fine.

A 510 drip tip o-ring is a lot smaller in diameter than the Phoenix. I didn't fight it very hard but it was a fight. I used Teflon tape around the threads, wrapped the excess above the knurled base to form a quasi-gasket. Reassembled and the leakage stopped. I'll get proper o-rings from the hardware store.

Went to the plumbing department at the local hardware store. #6 o-riings are the same diameter but thicker than the Phoenix o-rings. It doesn't allow the barrel to be screwed all the way down on the head but seals it up tight.

I was wrong. The o-rings were not the problem. It's the shell that has a leak! Surprise!

I laid the Phoenix down on a piece of paper overnight with the air hole at top. In the morning the paper was soaked in juice, about 2 1/2" diameter stain. I was able to blow bubbles when I inserted the lower end in water, covered the air hole with my finger and blew into the drip tip. I tried the same with a spare Phoenix and it was airtight at the pressure my lungs produce.

I looked at the shell under a magnifying glass and am not able to see where the leak might be.

In fairness to Phoenix, this is a clone from Discount Vapers. Not an original Phoenix.
