For the last year and a half I've been stuck using Phoenix V3's. They're old hat now, but they've served me well. Easy screw down posts, adequate juice well so they don't leak on me, not a tank and they're threaded.... THEY DON'T FALL APART IN MY POCKET! :-x
Cons: small air hole, kinda small build area.

Time for something new, but everything I see is held together with o-rings. O-rings that will NOT hold together in my pocket. I've tried the IGO, AGA-S, and the Optimus. All 17-20mm. Maybe the o-rings are an issue on smaller atomizers. I don't really care any more, I'm not wasting the money on them again. I liked the Optimus though, even with the o-rings and the extra small build area. That's why I know I need something new.

So far all I've found is the Magma. So... yeah... Little help guys?

Only one I know of is one I use with my original Reo, the RM2. It's a small one though (14 - 15mm or something like that.) I don't remember what the actual atomizer is that Rob modifies, it may be on the Reo site though.

The RM2 is a bf-modded Triangle RDA....a non-bf unit runs ~$10-$14 from several vendors....
Happy (vaping) Trails!
