Getting into the world of dripping now! About to buy a tank, dripper, vamo, kanthal, etc. Only have an evod starter kit. But need to find a good rebuildable dripper that's easy to recoil. Single coil preferably as I think dual coil might be difficult for a noob like me.

So guys, this? PHOENIX SS REBUILDABLE ATOMISER

This? IGO-L Rebuildable Atomiser

Something better?

Something maybe that has screws with holes for threading the coil wire, as apparently it's the easiest method and I'm a complete noob and never recoiled before?

The IGO-L has been highly recommended to me by a couple of people, even though the Phoenix was my original choice. Just looking for further opinions before I commit to one or t'other. Thanks! :)

Danny, you're really talking about two very different animals here. The Phoenix is rather close to the diameter of an eGo battery while the IGO-L is larger and close to the same diameter as your standard mod, about the same as a Vamo or an eVic. The IGO-L leaves more room inside for playing with different coil configurations while the Phoenix is rather straight forward with a single coil setup. You could squeeze two in but not much room after that. The Phoenix has a deeper well than the IGO-L but the larger diameter of the IGO-L means it hold about the same if not slightly more than the Phoenix. There is another dripper out there called an A7 that is almost identical to the Phoenix. I have both the IGO-L and the A7 and I will tell you that with a few puffs the Phoenix can and will get very hot to the touch being as it's small. The IGO-L will also but I have to work harder to get it that hot. Your decision should be based mostly on what form factor you desire. Tall and skinny or short and fat. What are you putting it on will be a factor there also as you would want something to match your existing mod that you plan to use it on.

Thanks for the help, guys. As far as form factor, I'm really liking the clean modern look of that IGO-W, it's much more my style than the W3 and W4. Just watched todd's youtube review on the IGO-W and he likes it, though he thinks the holes need drilling larger as he says the draw is too tight, would you agree? If I buy it, I won't drill, it's not something I'd be good at doing. I'm glad it can be single coiled too. The mod I intend to buy and put the dripper on is a Sigelei ZMax V5 (was going for a Vamo V5 but don't like it's looks now), so I imagine it should look as streamlined as on Todd's mod, and work well with it?
