People already whine about the absence of sample sizes - if I did one bottle size it would be 30ml not 15ml. That's a hard call.

I was thinking 30ml, too. It just seems crazy to have to pay so much for each SKU. I don't think people are going to be free to demand as many options as they've been accustomed to from anybody after all these regulations hit. I still don't understand why other companies may be able to offer the same options they do now for another year or two but Nicoticket will have to change in the next 60-90 days. You must have some serious "behind the scenes" reasons for sticking to this time frame. I keep thinking it has something to do with individual state laws as well as federal regulations but I don't know diddly squat. Ignorant politicians and control hungry regulatory bureaucracies deciding the fate of this industry is scary stuff.

Clark is building the foundation now, so that when it all hits, the foundation will be solid going forward. Those that are not prepping now, will be scrambling and or are just gonna get what doh they can while the getting is good

Agreed. Everyone going "Oh this won't hit for another year or two so no reason to worry..." could be caught with their pants down. Seriously the FDA has the ability to shut everything down while we wait for lawsuits to maybe open everything back up again. This could hit hard and fast as now they have deemed vaping as tobacco it gives them A LOT of power...

I agree completely. We are all going to have to be happier with less. Gosh, I would be happy with buying two 30bottles: one in NZ and one in 12 to cut myself just to keep NT in my dripper. At 1.5 million per SKU, I think there are going to be so very few choices in the market that I will be happy just to have something to put in my dripper!

Considering they can order S.W.A.T. to invade Amish farms because they consume foods that have not been bought in a grocery store and approved by them, I believe they have more power than any single entity should have. Several members of Congress are trying to push motions through to limit that, but we are honestly looking at years.

So very true!! :( And all we need is for the media to launch an "OMG this baby DIED!!!" and we'd be shut down no matter the facts in the case...I like distor's picture...

What we're doing in the short term is putting our ducks in a row for the eventual regulations - getting ahead of the curve, so to speak. There's no mandatory requirement to make these changes. GMPs (Good Manufacturing Processes) and the associated documentation, AEMSA Certification, and ISO Compliance. Anyone who is neglecting that in the service of short term profit is just plucking easy money out of the unregulated environment with total disregard for the long term consequences.

I am okay not making as much as I could, or probably would, if I didn't responsibly test the liquid I intend to provide. Assays on a single liquid run $400/pop, and that's just looking for specific levels of 1 compound. We intend to demonstrate that we are one of the companies executing with ethics and responsibility in mind... we want to be able to demonstrate that we implemented GMPs well before they were "required" - and when the hammer does fall, we will have that much less work to do because we can anticipate the direction this is going.
