Tell ya what, if you were to decide to cut either CLS or CB for frenilla, I would say cut the CLS ( for me this is saying a lot lol as CLS and CB are my rotation juices in the REO), as for me they would be the most similar.
Hmmm.... I have had bg and gravity, and I didn't think they tasted similar at all but I finished the bottle of gravity that I bought, but I didn't buy more, i liked it but didn't fall in love with it, but I keep going back for bg. Cb and CLS are both similar in taste to me(frenilla is a little similar too). However I don't think you could cut cb or CLS (not that anyone would want you to) without an angry mob attacking you every time you went outside 
I can't really make a list (but i still had to put my two cents in) because I haven't tried all of your short runs, I didn't realize until I read your list that you have 8 flavors that I haven't tried out! 8!! This is horrible, I must go fill up my cart and make a purchase immediately! I want you to do something with strawberry in it, that's my favorite flavor (hint, hint). Have fun picking the top ten, I don't envy you for that lol

I am not going down without doing Strawberry Frenilla or Strawbery Custard.
I'd be fine with that. I know a LOT of people would go crazy without CLS and CB but I'd be ok with loosing my #2 flavor if we got to keep Frenilla & PBC. I think those 2 flavors (together) trump CLS. It seems like you're considering "variety" over simply "the classics". That would be a very unpopular move in the short term but it could be very wise move in the long term. Still, if you had to choose between RazCup and CLS... RazCup should get the ax. If CLS died for RazCup I'd still be happy with Frenilla and PBC.

Out of Frenilla, CLS, and CB, my favorite is Frenilla, followed by CB. I love Vanilla vapes and there's more Vanilla in Frenilla. Also, put me down for PBC. At first I wasn't sure about it, but now I really like the "nuttiness" of it. I eat a PB sandwich for lunch almost every day of the week, so I do like peanut butter. I'm not big on fruity vapes, so I could live without BG and Gravity. They're nice but not my favorites.

Virus - No brainer. I like it a lot, and even if it's not my favorite it is probably the most widely loved.
Naki's Blend - Best of both worlds, I guess. I like CLS a lot more than CB, and I like Frenilla even more than CLS, but from the little knowledge that I have of what goes into making Frenilla, I don't think it's the best business decision to choose it over CB/CLS. This KILLS me to leave out CLS and Frenilla because I honestly think I would be able to survive with just these two alone.
GCD or Clark's Blend - I could live without GCD or Doodle, but too many cannot. I would not cut GCD. Doodle, to me, is similar enough to GCD to consider leaving out. Clark's Blend, IMO, is better than both of these.
I don't think these are as similar as they are made out to seem. I prefer BG greatly over Gravity, but they would both be great sellers:
