I know everyone feels differently on these mods...and at one point I had my mind set on a Vamo, but I'm reconsidering. First, thank you for reading through this.

Unless there is a compelling reason not to, I expect to order from fast tech for this order. Here are the ones I am looking at, honestly I'm just trying to figure out what is the real difference between them or if I should just go eenie meenie miney mo.. I posted a bit about this in the newbie section...but figure the variable guys and gals would tend to hang out here and may have some valuable input.

Plan is to use 18650 batteries. This mod will primarily stay at home and not really travel unless I am gone more than a full day. I don't care, really, how big it is...at 6'6" and 350lbs I'm not concerned with it's portability (IE, anything short of say a full blown hookah is portable in my eyes).

I am willing to look at other vendors if they offer the full kit, charger, batteries, some clearo/carto in a kit, under $75 OR a combination of orders under the $75 threshold. That is the random number I pulled out of my pooter that seems an acceptable figure to foray into the world of APV. After I get a feel for what I like and don't like from my APV I will then look into either staying pat or doubling down on a 'higher end' unit.

I want VV and VW out of this unit...so I can play with the options and see what I like.

First up...SVD

Second....Vamo ViVi (The V3 just looks wrong to me...)

Third...K200 Tesla Clone?

I'm new with this myself. I use a Vamo both in shorty (1X 18350) mode & full sized (stacked 18350). I like the versatility this gives me. To me even in full sized mode it's very portable to me. VW appeals to my lazy side. :D Don't know about the other two. One other to consider is the Tesla. Tried one & liked it also. Hope this helps.

VAPE ON !!!! :vapor:

hey Rowdy, have you held a Vamo ?
if not, then my opinion is the Vamo with 2 18350 batt is pretty heavy.
I didn't like how heavy it was..

The Vamo does do great wattage over a 3.0 dual coil carto tank, but that all depends on if you dont mind carrying something heavy. the center post where you attach your cartomizers, etc, is also delicate. You have to be careful not to overscrew your protank.
You'll love it for the power that it is, but maybe one day you'll get tired of having things that are heavy and you'll opt for the ego c-twist instead, i dont know.
Just letting you know my experience with the Vamo. Have a great day and best of luck to your purchases!

I've been dead set on getting the Vamo for about a month now, however recently after many personal opinions/reviews from various forums/sites, I've recently decided on the SVD. Both are quite similar, seems the SVD is bit better built though, and I think also take more battery configurations (bit drunk so my recall on that point may be a bit off)

I have seen one review about the k200 that was pretty unfavorable. Apparently it doesn't to a very good job at voltage regulation. Seems to me that it doesn't have a step down converter to run lower voltages. That is a guess though. i say pass on it.

I have both the SVD and Vamo and you could just pick one with your eyes closes and probably no be able to tell the difference. The only real difference between them is build quality which the SVD wins by a small margin. The only draw back is that the SVD is super long. The Vamo is about an inch shorter.

I don't know. Between the vamo and the SVD it's a tough call. I say just get the one that you think looks the coolest. They both will function and perform almost exactly the same.

Thank y'all muchly...

I watched a bunch of reviews and videos last night and took the k200 out of the running...

I just got my X6 Ego's (1300) and I'm experimenting with those two and a pair of pro tanks...

At this point, yeah it's up between Vamo and SVD...and I appreciate the input...as I said...if there are other suggestions, for full VV and VW please let me know (assuming they fit the original criteria)

sigelei telescope flattop v3-uses any battery or combination you want, nice fit and finish, and has vaped like a beast for 4 months of heavy chain vaping without missing a beat. it's just about the only vaping purchase I haven't wished I got something else. you can find kits for $74.95. looks better than the other two, also(I know that's subjective)

This was where I was at 3 days ago. I went to a local shop to pick up an Igo L and got to play with a Vamo v2 and left liking a SiD more. Spent the next two days watching reviews on the SiD, the Vamo v3, Siegelli Zmax all the versions (liked the telescopic flat top), then stumbled on a post somewhere here about something call an SVD. Spent most of last night reading everything I could about it, watched everything I could and made up my mind I was ordering one from Fasttech today. Called my buddy at a different local shop about some mesh for my AgaT2 that came in mail today and asked if he had received anything new. First thing he tells me is I got some SVD's some MVP's. I cut him off told him my thought process and mentioned I was planning to order one from FT. He says come out play with it make sure you like before you order. I fell in love. It was to be a back up for my Lavatube v2. He was selling them for 79 99 but said he could soften the hit for me. I said what are you thinking. He says 57. I said sold. My Lavatube v2 has been replaced instead of backed up. What's 20 bucks compared to 10-14 days shipping. This is a very nice PV. Someone posted if Provari is the Ferrari or Lambo of the vape world, then the SVD is the Lexus or Infinity. I agree 10000%

I have been happy with my k200, no problems with it at all. Call me a fan boy but it hasn't missed a beat and works as intended. You may not need to dismiss it completely. Reviews are subjective. If you like the looks of it, it is pretty nice, i can recommend it for a cheap mod that's a solid build. Dv has it 4 less than fasttech, and only 3 days shipping in us. This is where I got mine. K200 mod - Full Kit - Black Chrome

I have both the Vamo and the SVD also and like both of them. One thing I like about the SVD is the lock function.

It does both.

I've got an svd and love it too. When I was trying to decide between vamo and svd what made me choose svd was there was nothing the vamo could do that the svd couldn't. At the same time there were things the svd could do that the vamo couldn't.

BOOM! Thanks! I know what I'm getting my wife. SVD. She's fumble fingers due to arthritis. On provari she's constantly "pumping" the button while vaping and accidentally changing voltage. On Vamo (first version) before it died, she was constantly hitting the wrong buttons and changing the watts. I need something where she can set it, lock it, and not accidentally change.

Innokin will cut dealers off if they advertise below a certain price point. What you did might be a good way to get around that and it's probably a good idea of how much the markup is.
