Pico screen not fully working

so i got my first mod about a week and a half ago. Seemed to be working great. I can still get it to fire, but the lad screen seems to be blacking out??? I can't see the number of secs on the display when firing and the screen will go fully blank before I lock it. Has anyone else had this experience? Or able to say what happened? I will take it back to the B&M I got it from. But they are not open this late on a Sunday?

Have you tried to reset it by pulling the battery out and placing it back in? Also, clicking it off then on (don't remember how many clicks the Pico needs for that, I think it's 5)?

Yep tried both no luck screen just blacks out every time I try to hit it. Once it blacks out it stays blacked out even though I can still get hits from it??
