Picture of your set-up, please don't!

Photos of mods coming off as boastful is an emotion on your side of the spectrum. If someone asks for someone else's setup, and then that image is promptly shown, I don't see how its on their side of the fence to feel boastful about devices that they use daily. What works for them, works for them. What they're willing to spend the money on doesn't matter in terms of how happy they are with the devices and vaping performace they are getting. What you should focus on is whether or not you are happy with your PV's and how happy they make you. I find it nice to see what other ideas other people had and how they are achieving their favorite vape via the devices they own.

And if they do feel boastful, well, good for them. I see no reason why any one person shouldn't feel good or proud about items they spent money on and enjoy using. I like feeling proud about the mods that I own and I don't see it as a drawback to show off every so often, even if I'm not really showing much.

I understand where you are coming from and also how I came across in the original post. It was not my finest moment as a poster and I think I hadn't had anything to eat practically all day, also, I was going through a parallel situation at work, that by the way, no one would applaude.

I like the picture threads, I hate reading long threads. If it weren't for picture threads I wouldn't be as aware of all the different set ups there are. I spot something that looks interesting (not neccesserily pretty pretty shiny shiny) and it prompts me to look into something in more detail. This doesn't only apply to pv's either. While I am happy with what I currently have I know there are things in my set up that need tweeking and somewhere will be a pic with the solution.

I don't see it as being boastful of wealth but of knowledge.

I am totally over this topic and will be the first to admit that I was wrong, not jealous or envious, just irritated with something unrelated to the forum. Maybe this will shed some light...

These are my final words on this topic: The original post in this thread was not my finest hour as a poster. I was wrong and in a bad place when I started this thread and can't continue defending the indefensible just because someone calls me out. I have no problems with pics of set-ups whether small or massive. I am happy to show-off all my gear when someone comes to my house or asks to see. However, I don't attach "pride" to any purchase I make, but I can totally see why people are themselves proud and excited to show-off what they have and how far they have come sense being a smoker. I shouldn't make threads hastily the way I did and because of unrelated irritants.

As far as I am concerned this thread and my original position are dead and never really alive to begin with.
