Rawr is correct, it's a forced patina I did. Many ways to get different looks from copper and brass that way. I've done quite a few and love it.

yoohoo, my modded Erlkönigin tank just arrived today!

bought an original 22mm Erlkönigin steeltank and a friend of mine working in a precision metalworking company modded it to my specifications:

"machined finish" with my nickname of the german forum laser engraved and written in a special font called "Dampfplatz" which means "Vaping place"

Good luck getting one. The only way to get a new one is to join their FB group: Dna Zero or USA Dna Zero / Carlos Creations and then get on their buy list. The list is quite long. I tried but got tired of waiting and instead purchased a WAE II.

If I remember correctly, they are made in the Philippines and are sold for around $400.
