I started on an eGo T with a protank clone... That is a Cadillac in comparison.

I have torched and sanded this mod too many times, so I decided to paint it. I am liking how it came out.

Is that the istick 20w? Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Super impressive little mod. I have a mech mod on the way and I still plan on having one of those. I started with an MVP so you're doing just fine.

Eleaf Istick with protank 2. Just got this battery today and love it. 3 - 5.5V, claims it can do 20W, 2200mAh. Small but mighty. It woke this tank right up. I have a lot to learn about matching ohms to volts for efficiency but this is doin' it to it for my tastes right now.

You don't have to worry too much about that on a regulated mod, but fyi, the istick can reach 20 watts, but only on a coil of 1-1.1 ohm.

I could never get the stove top coil to work well for me. Congrats1

The tricky part was dry firing and aligning everything to get rid of any hot spots in the coil.

We've got a few

Here's one of our holder/stands for mods. This is the one on our bedroom. If I start showing off what's in the office/building area/juice making area/man cave we'll be here all day. Let's just say I've been vaping since the screwdriver days. When the only way to get juice was DIY or waiting a month for it to come from China.

Aw man, the nimbus will never get old for me. I've must of had about 10 so far. So simple and fail-proof! Nice stove-top..

I tried multiple wicking methods. First I wrapped it like a carto.... Didn't work well, I found my best vapor production was by packing the cotton flat against the coil between the coil and posts, with a slight wrap around around the edges
