6 strands of 32 gauge kanthal flat-braided, then wrapped 4 times around a 2.4 mm screwdriver for each side, with 3 mm legs. Installed in the Fishbone and mounted on my istick 100, it reads in at .18 Ohms. Short ramp up, INTENSE vapor, decent flavor, a little on the hot side... I'm running it at around 50 watts. Anything higher and you'll cook your face...

We all have that same affliction, it's called Shinyitis and there is no cure. The only prescription is vape mail or more cowbell...
