how do you upload photos inline to a post with a jpg file that is about 5mb size without having to go through the trouble of finding a program to resize and all that crap.

It is. I actually live in the town where it's designed and made so I really wanted to purchase it. Rip was right, the battery lasts all day.
It's the second version and they listened to his review. It's was immaculate when I picked it up and there is no wobble.

$150 with the battery is a steal IMO
