Caravela clone with KFL Lite clone in 18500 mode. I have finally achieved vapordom- for real this time. KFL is set up with 1ohm coil wrapped around cotton yarn (rope). I like the taste of cotton balls, but it is a bit too absorbant for me (too wet not great vapor production). Cotton rope has been a Fav in my drippers, works excellently in the KFL too.

Lemme ask you are you able to Use 28 g kanthal with ur kfl? I can't get the wire to wrap around .. only 30g will sench down tight enough.. do you have that problem?

I do in fact use 28g. Should have mentioned that. I run a micro coil build. Interestingly enough, I stripped the positive side (side with insulator) when I first got it. It holds but I actually do a full loop around the pos screw with the wire now. The neg side holds the 28g fine tho.

You may want to try either swapping or completely replacing the screw with the spares. That's what caused my striping initially. All of the screws are not equal!!! So play around with the spares. If all else fails, maybe order another set of screws. I plan to do the same, but she is vaping real nice right now and not touching it till the coil is too far gone and dry burn does not fix .

I'm a newbie - chain vaping the $40 black russian from ebay with the mvp2. Looks just like yours except my russian has the frosted stainless look. Waiting on a couple of mechanicals for low-profile outside the house look

Pure awesome = flavor is amazing now. MBV hawk juice and one a mixed banana foster/peanut butter/caramel. This is great hobby!
