What do u mean taste? Did u run a really strong juice thru it? Burn something? Maybe we can help? If all else fails u can buy new orings and insulators. The SS won't hold flavor.

Not managed to figure it out, but it's a metallic flavour, a bit like solder/welding flux that comes through.
I completely dismantled it, took out all the plastic rings and spacers, left it all sat overnight in tequila (nearest thing I had to vodka that the Mrs wouldn't miss, she would kill me if her Grey Goose was empty :) ), then it's all been boiled twice in de-ioned water.
It improved but still not enough, really killed my taste buds for about 2 days following vaping on it leaving that flux flavour on my tongue and my throat pretty bad, so it's just sat on the side now.

Edit:
Just went to clean it again, but the centre pin screw has sheared off. Cheap clone crap. Off to invest in a genuine RBA

I don't much care for tube steaks anymore, but that is nice!

I am the same way! So many variations on the cylinder, etching, engraving... It is just all so similar... I love the Maraxus, but you can only screw the teethy portions into the telescoping tube, so not so infinite in its set up. I had hoped you could put the teethy parts at either end so it looked more like a beasty lightsaber.

But now thanks to this thread, I have found ZNA and Billet Box! As if I will ever be at the right spot on the list or be able to afford it all, lol!

Grand Vapor mod, RSST. eVod with Kangar tank for work.. I lose my work ones often, I need to find a new set up for EDC. The RBA Mod is for after work. Thinking about an MVP 2 with a nice bottom coil atty. any recommendations?

Edit: not sure why image quality is messing up. Tried taking picture with iPhone 5 and iPad..

Nice! Welcome to the forum.

I like my PT3 on my MVP 2, but really want an Aerotank to go on it!

Agreed MVP plus Protank should do you nicely. I'm currently running an itaste VV v3 with a protank and a DNA mod with a KayFun which is basically the same thing.

Edit here a photo from our last local vape meet in Chattanooga. We had Vaping Greek and pbusardo in the same room.

I really like the looks of the taste 134. How does it compare with the MVP 2. Is it worth getting? Thanks!

I never had a MVP so I can't honestly compare the two :( The only box mod I ever owned was the VTR, and I love it's durability, weight and form factor. I don't like using the extension on it to fit bigger attys, so I'm limited in what tanks I can use on it. But as a carry around it works and performs great.

On to your question. I really got the 134 for its looks and size. Its a massive mod, so its not really one to take about, but when I do, it get lots of attention. After owning it for awhile I like its simplicity in setting the Wattage levels. I can throw most of my attys on it, set the watts and just forget about it til the battery dies. It does use pulse modulation, you can hear it when it fires, but personally i dont think it vapes much different compared to something like the Provari. Just my opinion. You are limited to 12.5 watts, but it vapes great for my 1.2-2.2 ohm coils.

I did do a couple of mods on mine, Stock it only as 2 tiny air holes around the ring, I drilled out all 6 around. The other mod I did was paint the numbers white around the wattage setting ring. My 45yr old eyes just couldnt easily read them before that.

Even tho I prefer my mech mods now, I still use the 134 a lot at home, I just love the Gatlin Gun feel in my hands and its always a part of my evening vape rotation. So if you like big mods, I would recommend one for your collection.
