Forgive me for asking but I've just got to know.....

Have you found one you like yet?

:p

Honestly I like them all. They all do the job for vaping. But I've been on the Tree of Life and Taifun GT the most. I'll drip occasionally when I need the urge for some serious clouds. Brass Stingray is my hardest hitting for now. I haven't put the copper SR, Black SR through its paces.

So far great, not so with the mini. Guess I have to learn more about the BDC heads.

I turned my twist all the way up and the aero mini is hitting much better. Seems like the dual coils need more power.

Don't know about that mod, but I've got two large Damascus Steel hunting knifes. It definitely has a texture and as far as blades go the folds in the metal are like little sharks teeth on the edge of the blade. Incredibly sharp and cuts really easily.

Personally I've never seen true Damascus steel used outside of blades and maybe a few trinkets. As far as metals go it's really best as a blade metal because of the sawtooth effect from the metal folding when sharpened. It has weaknesses that make it unsuitable for most other uses, not least of which is the potential of layer separation under stress.

What I would be curious to know is if it's REAL Damascus steel or an imitation. I know there is "The Flair" mod which claims to be Damascus steel, but it's really pattern welded 316 stainless steel.

If it's REAL Damascus steel and not a modern stainless steel/carbonate forgery then it will eventually rust unless it's regularly cleaned and oiled.

Back in the day, all shotgun barrels were Damascus steel, but you can't use modern smokeless gun powder with real Damascus barrels.

And you can still buy a new one (if you gots enough cash that is) http://www.gunsamerica.com/92975125...KERS_CASE_BRADLEY_TALLETT_MASTER_ENGRAVER.htm

The barrels on my old "wall hanger" look like this.

Those are called Damascus, but they aren't REAL Damascus steel. They are called Forge Welded Damascus and are made by machines, not hand.

And yes, they stopped making them in the early 1900s when smokeless gunpowder began to appear because the more energetic smokeless gunpowder had a tendency to make the explode into pieces. The layers would separate under pressure.

Just what i am vaping right now with some juice from the local B&M

That is my new not so shinny thing(4nine clone) with the first dripper(Smok mini) i got about a year ago. It was my first sub ohm build(.4ohm) in it that is not worth showing off, lol. But the vape is great and the Caramel Turkish is real good actually.

    Vape on!

    Edit..

Here it is in the 18360 setup

That's a Quasar clone also btw.

It does indeed have a texture! Feels nice and grainy.
