I'm going to start building my own coils (I just ordered an eleaf Lemo rta) so I thought I may as well go ahead sign up.

You are in for a treat my friend. I remember going from my Nautilus BDC tanks to rebuildables. A whole new experience.

Check out the Rebuildable Atomizer Systems section if you haven't already. There's currently a Lemo build thread there that may be helpful.

Thanks man, I'm highly looking forward to it. I love my Nautilus mini (bvc) so much more than any of my others (iclear x.1, Protank 3 mini, aerotank) but I know rda/rta/etc is going to be a whole new ball game. I was born a tinkerer so besides the upgrade in vapor and flavor that's what I'm excited for.

I know I'll be limited on the mvp but I guess I don't want to get arrogant and go all out at once and end up making a possibly painful mistake.

I will definitely be checking that out and doing as much research as possible.

The MVP 2.0 is great to get started building on. You can check your ohms with it, and it won't fire if there is a short. It's what I started out with when I started rebuilding.

Great to hear. I'm a big fan of the device, but I also know its limits. Ok now, meh in the future lol. The built in ohm meter is nice. From what I've seen in my searching, it does best at 1.5ish and above. Not sure what my next mod will be but who knows what'll be out by that time anyway lol. Excited to evolve in the vape world.

Hey mix your gonna be Stoaked! I've been a big fogger v4 v5 cheerleader forever and I've heard that thing is Jay add good if not better! And single coil will be super easy, you'll love it! I'd you need any help pm me.welcome to the rebuildable rabbit hole!

I appreciate that man! I had been debating between rdas, rtas and the like but couldn't make a decision, but as soon as I saw the Lemo I knew it was the one. Airflow is why I like my Nat Mini, but I still feel like I want less restriction (being a lung hitter) and really had been looking for something with a tank. I'm definitely psyched to get building! I've been doing my research for a while. Ohms law, battery safety (for future reference), etc.

Still trying learning about pros and cons of different types of coils, etc.

That's the fun part, though, is learning something new. I will definitely ask questions when I need to (and I'm sure I will), I really appreciate the offer!

Not to offend anyone, but there is no such thing as a built in ohm meter. Yes, regulated devices can read the ohm of your coil, but that is not how you do it when you build.Get one, and also get a multi meter. If you are building, safety should come first. RTD vapor has both in stock and at reasonable prices. Cheap actually....
but how do you put a price on your face....

Start a thread and ask whether you should trust your mvp over a multimeter and see what kind of responses you get.;)

He was referring to the chinese ohm meters. I have 4 of them the error on them runs from .3 to .9

I have two 510 ohm meters from usaohmmeters.com the error on one of them is missing it is "dead on accurate" and on the other it is 0.001+

I also have several multimeters ranging from a cheap one that was 50$ to the ones I use everyday at work that are in the 300$ to 900$ range.

USA 510 ohm meters are more accurate than them for our uses.

In keeping with the purpose of this thread.
