That's awesome. Can't wait to compare the rba section with my lemo.

A nice discovery.... The occ coils are amazingly easy to rebuild..... Just did one, and it was the fastest rebuild ever...... Here is a tutorial, if done like this you can have a rebuild done in about a minute :p

only difference I did was 7/6 wraps of 28 gauge for 1.5 ohm.
Oh, I tried out the .5 ohm occ coil, and I was right in my assumption, much warmer vape, very pleasant. I went with a higher ohm build to lower amperage and extend battery life.... I'm using it on a ZNA50, I can always bump up wattage :p

Um, hi there. I woke up this morning and my boyfriend handed me a box. It was a pretty fancy looking vaporizer. I had seen these before about three years ago and had considered it but since almost all NRTs have never worked for me I dismissed it pretty fast. But now I see people vaping all over the place. A new vape shop called "Cold Turkey" just opened up literally across the street from us (I can see it from my living room window), and that's where he bought it. We had seen the shop just pop up there two weeks ago and wondered what the heck it was all about. There seemed to be people in there way past business hours just sitting around. It seemed kind of not-ligit. So anyway, later today I went to the shop across the street to get my first bottle of e-juice. I had no idea what to expect. The guys at the store were really nice and the business owner and his son were there and they owned some other businesses on our street. They made me coffee, showed me how to work the vape, and I generally had a real nice time. Then I went home and did my research. I'm utterly stunned to find such an amazing phenomenon and culture that has grown around vaping. This was my first day vaping, and so far I think it's great! But I'm not sure if I'm getting enough nicotine because I still feel like having the last cigarette in my pack. I'm using a 1.6% solution (16 mg), and I was just wondering if I should move up. I smoke like a half a pack a day. I was also wondering, if any of you have been able to cut down on the nicotine intake and how long it took before you made your first decrease. Thanks. Sorry for the long-windedness.

Congats on discovering vaping and welcome to the forum :)

You can try higher nic levels (24mg) to see if that helps with your cig cravings. Personally vaping 24mg into the evening leaves me wide awake, so in the evenings I vape 6mg nic juice. A lot of people can go down in nic levels rather quickly and easily and not notice much difference. You will have to find out what works for you through a little experimentation :)

Here is my current set-up, the Celtic Knot ProVari P3 and a Protank 2 :vapor:

Although soon my EHPro Kayfun Lite Plus will be back on it, and it will look like this:

My CK P3 and KFL+ pic2.jpg

Unfortunately I have to boil and clean the KFL+ before I try it again, as when I first filled it up (last night when I took the above pic) it tasted like I was vaping motor oil flavored e-juice

(I cleaned it before I put a coil in and filled it up, but apparently not well enough )
