OK, so......

I might be getting rid of a few high wattage flavor atties. Raptor with 3mm 26 gauge dual verts, .41 ohms,.... 4.8 volts, is so flavorful it is like drinking juice, only without the juice in the mouth feeling. BAM.
It is good, very good.

Thanks for the update Fear! JP talked me into getting one. He says that he is getting flavor as good or better than a Marquis but with more air flow. I like my Marquis but it is kind of restrictive to me. I like an open draw but still want good flavor as well and the Raptor seems to fit the bill.

So which atty are you saying is so flavorful? The derringer or the hellfire?

Marquis is great, I am going to get rid of mine now :)

But yes, the Raptor is superb. Handed my mod to a buddy of mine who is using a Tobh. .49 build on the Raptor, wide open, 4.8 volts on a Ranger. My buddy said he did not like it because it was like drinking juice but without the juice in the mouth. I am a flavor chaser, I WANT that :) Drenching flavor from wide open high power to restricted low power.

Derringer is quiet good, suffers a little bit on flavor wide open.

Freakshow mini is quiet good for 30$ suffers a great bit wide open.

Viking V2 is good but suffers a bit wide open.

got all 4 this week so I have same wrap, same gauge wire, same resistance on all four today with the same juice in. :) Things bored vapers do.

I haven't been really impressed with the freak show mini. The machining on it is pretty mediocre, and it doesn't feel like real stainless steel (or perhaps very low quality stainless steel). It's not bad for the price, but next to the raptor or a marquis it's pretty "meh".

It is pretty tiny though.

Is there any other RDA besides the OverOne from MMVapors that can be closed off completely to allow some protection against leaking during travel? I've got one ordered, but don't have it yet, but it got me wondering about this. I like dripping a LOT more than I used to so I feel like there might have been another one with this feature that slipped past me.

Next to the derringer it is pretty mediocre, still more flavorful that your run of the mill 3 post atty. Machining on the inside, eh, finish is pretty good for a 30$ atomizer.

I have just come to realise that next to the Raptor most RDAs are "meh" Marquis is great but Raptor is better :)

Still love my Derringer tho.

Not that I have seen, I liked that about the Over One, I just could not get any flavor out of it without vaping at 9001 gigawatts.
