Picture showing in post......or not???

alright.....maybe I'm being dumb.....but

I've posted to a couple of threads and my picture never shows up on the side by my name like everyone else'd does.....

I've even gone and checked my settings to make sure they were set to display my picture....I can see it when I look at my own profile or I go to edit my settings.....just not where I would like to see it.....like when I post.....lol....not to be vain or anything....but I'd like a face like the rest of yous...lol

Is it there? Just I can't see it....Or what???

Idk hopefully someone can tell me wth is up...lol....Thanks!

Edit/Note- Yup like now....I posted the above originally and to the left where my name is I definitely have no face/pic....lol....i don't get it!
