...Please don't mind the disorganization and clutter, kinda spur of the moment.

Your definition of disorganization and clutter is a little different than mine. Here is what the part of my stuff that isn't scattered around the house looks like when it is organized:

Awesome! Thank you! Have you ever tried your own Vanilla Bean Steep? I've got three batches going, one with Madagascar Vailla Beans, the next with Mexican, and the last with Tahitian. They are all fantastic and really add some serious complex deliciousness to DIY creations. :)
I've got a thread on vanilla extraction that I really need to update. Process is still going on...I'm a little embarrassed to tell you the truth.

Boletus, you organize like I do lol.

You know you've spent way too much on this crap, when you can't even get it all in one pic:facepalm: I refuse to take pics of all the shoe boxes I have filled with stuff I've made:oops:

I wish I had a dedicated area like you do Stacy...You do have a lot of stuff...

here is the black hole!
the drawer box has syringes and a few bottles of who knows what, PG VG and nic are there besides the box
Nw8c2X7.jpg

inside the cardboard box are the flavors
on top are fruits and mints, middle section additives and a few backeries and creams
on the bottom section all the tobaccos
I do have a spreadsheet of all my flavorings so I can take a good glance of what I have and don't have to check everything out every time I want to make something new
CHpkeRE.jpg

more than 90% of my flavorings are hangsen and love them
all locked up and out of reach for the children

Here's one of me getting ready to make small 10ml batches of a bunch of new flavors I got (disregard the different size bottles; they were clean :) ). I always do small single-flavor batches to see what I'm working with when dealing with new flavors. It's on my dining room table, but I try to be safe while working with the nic.

Thanks to everyone that has taken the time, and perhaps a bit of emotional investment, to share these pics. Not only is this just plain fun to see, it gives me some good ideas and maybe a bit of motivation to improve my setup. I should add that although my storage is a disorganized mess, when I do mix, I line everything out neatly beforehand to keep my short term memory deficiencies from screwing things up.

I hear ya'! If my station wasn't organized it would turn into chaos quicker than I can knock over a WL vial -- and that can happen quickly! I have a natural tendency toward carelessness and clumsiness, so I have to combat that ahead of time by being methodical. My art studio, on the other hand, man, that looks place is utter ruins -- but I need that area to stay cluttered and disorganized so that my paintings are an adventure and not mapped out (at least that's what I tell myself! hahaha).

My brain is working really hard to find a way I can use that to rationalize the condition of my garage. But seriously, for some folks at least, excess organization can be a hindrance to creativity.

I'm glad you dig it! Honestly, I thought this thread was going to be a failure after the first few posts... I'm glad it has completely turned around.

Thanks to everyone that has actually participated. I love seeing DIY setups.

Yes! I love the stair-shelves!

It's kind of hard to tell in the pic, but they did not come out as good as I had wanted. I want to go over them want some oak, and make some more of them, I would also like to put on little guard rails, on it so I don't knock the bottles over. :)
