Is it better to store PG & VG (0 nic) in glass or leave it in the plastic containers it arrives in? I have a gallon of each that I hope will last for years if I store it correctly.

There's the possibility of BPA leaching from the plastic. I transfer all my PG, VG and flavorless nic juice to glass bottles. Apparently they have BPA free plastic bottles but a study suggested other chems may leach from them also.

Thanks, better safe than sorry so glass it is. Probably better to work with smaller bottles anyway rather than constantly exposing large quantities needlessly to the air.

It's ok to freeze PG as a variation of it (NON FOOD GRADE) is used in antifreeze- in the freezer it just becomes Gel-like. As for VG not a good idea to freeze- store in a cool dark place.
In Celsius, PG freezes at -59°. In Fahrenheit, PG freezes at -74.2°
VG freezes at 18° Celsius (or 64.4° Fahrenheit).
I buy my nic juice in PG because it's thinner/ more user friendly and is safe to freeze.
Shelf life for PG, VG and nic juice is 1 1/2- 2 yrs. I've have some 100 mg PG nic juice in the freezer since Oct. 2011 and just had it tested- tested at 88 mg.

As for keeping ready to vape juice in the fridge- from a Vet...

Thanks for that great info! You just made my wife happy I won't be using the freezer or fridge and saved me from learning an expensive lesson about storing ready to vape juice in the fridge too.
