Don't use plastic tanks?

All mints are safe if you let them steep real good until the solvents dissipate. I have yet to have a flavor that cracked a tank aside from cinnamon which can etch and crack over time. But even that if you don't use excessive flavor and steep for at least a week cap off works fine for me in both EVOD and H2 style tanks.

It can but it's not the worst and typically gas station juice has been there a looong time. Even still let it sit for 3 days cap off and you should be fine. I highly doubt the crap you find in such places has enough flavoring to harm tanks. Most of those places sell crappy CE4/5 replacements which would obviously crack and make them stop selling said juice..

Here is a link to a thread that contains some TFA/TPA flavors that are said to crack tanks.
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/clearomizers/219179-lets-make-list-juices-flavors-crack-tanks-ce2s-clearos-55.html#post15077570

If you do a forum search you may find other current information or lists.

The thread mentions that Triacetin in a flavor may cause problems so you might check the TFA site for ingredients.

I have been using glass tanks for a long time but did have some problems with plastic when I first started vaping.
