Holy crap...

Couple nights ago I roasted some delicata squash, sweet potatoes and onion in olive oil and black pepper and served it up with pork chops. It was good. Really good.

but...

Tonight I took the leftovers and chopped them up to make a hash and fried them up until they started to blacken on the edges and served them with runny eggs on top.

I just had a serious foodgasm.

Thanks Race, I'm so glad I am too. For a while there I was starting to wonder...lol. Still have a cough, but it's getting better. Yeah, I'm glad hubby got it back too, can't believe someone had the stupidity to bring it to work, criminals aren't the brightest bulb in the box.

So what happened to hubby's vape gear? I missed something here I think

I bought him a Itaste VV V3 to upgrade him from his ego battery, the first day he took it to work it was stolen. Not the first time someone has stolen his vape gear at work, 2 previous times his cheap ego setups were stolen. Anyway, about a month later, he caught a guy with it and got it back. Still had the same tank and coil in it. Guy said he "found" it in a car from another shop. Anyway, hubby got it back, and kept his job..lol :D

Good for him, I'd have probably lost my job when I tore the guys arm off getting it back and then beating him silly with his own arm before reattaching to a slightly different part of his body.:facepalm:
